Due to the nature of how downloads are processed, we uphold a no refund policy. The customer is responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchasing the media. Prior to submitting for processing and billing, please ensure that you do not order the same clips twice. We have an exchange only policy for our weight bars and ropes, and exchanges must be made within 30 days.
